What ages is this for?
All ages are welcome! You'll need to order 1 picnic experience for each adult in your group. Kids can join the treasure hunt for free and you can add a £10 kids picnic to your order at check out.
Do kids need to have a picnic?
No, you can bring your own food for younger hunters if you'd like.
Is this an immersive experience?
The Picnic Hunters Club is not an immersive experience, it is a short term project run by Gingerline's food company Flavourology, as an alternative way to enjoy al fresco eating this Summer.
Can I order drinks?
Yes, you can book drinks to have with your picnic on our website. If you have already ordered your picnic and would like to add drinks click here. Please reference your original booking number as well.
Do you do private parties?
Yes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with guest numbers and dates and we'll come back to you directly.
I haven't received my confirmation or reminder email?
Please check your junk mail box. Reminder emails with starting locations will be sent to you on the Wednesday before your booking.
Do you offer discounts for key workers?
We have a special offer for key workers. If you'd like to find out more, please email us from your work address for more details. Info@picnichuntersclub.com.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Whilst we can't cater for individual dietary requirements we do have meat, vegetarian and vegan picnics available. For a sample menu you can check here.
I need to change my order.
Please email email@example.com with your booking information and the changes to picnic requirements. Please note that we are not able to refund or move picnics bookings to different dates or times once booked.
I have food allergies, where can I find the ingredients list for your picnics?

Where is it happening?
Launching near one green space in North London and in one South East London initially. We are planning on opening near more London green spaces over the next few weeks. Please keep an eye on our mailings and social media for updates and booking information.
How do I get there?
We ask that all Picnic Hunters make their own way to the start of the hunt and government guidelines for safe travel. You'll receive a specific meeting point ahead of your hunt. The locations have good public transport routes if you feel comfortable with this, or there will be nearby bike storage.
Are the picnic experiences designed for one household or many?
To comply with government guidelines, this experience has been designed for up to 6 people either from the same or different households. The picnics are packaged to allow for safe sharing between people.
How long does it last?
The treasure hunt should take approximately 40 minutes in total. Once you have completed the hunt you're free to enjoy your delicious picnic in a nearby green space for as long as you like. Don't forget there is a Picnic Hunters Club guide book with suggestions for games and merriment to be had after you eat your picnics.
How will the treasure hunt work?
We have created the treasure hunt through an app called Actionbound. One person per group will be asked to download the app for free from the app store before they arrive. Please make sure your phone is fully charged on arrival.
How many picnics can I buy?
To allow for appropriate distancing, one person can buy up to 6 picnics.
Will the experiences allow me to stay appropriately distant?
Yes. We will provide games and guides to allow you to get involved without closely interacting with others. Please engage in all activities sensibly and follow the hints which will be available online, also using the game tips, to help everyone keep their distance.
What happens if it is raining?
The weather is out of our control however the Picnic Hunt will go ahead whatever the weather. Please make sure you are appropriately dressed.
I'm worried there will be lots of other people!
We have safely designed this experience to follow government guidelines. We have multiple start times throughout the day to avoid large groups gathering. We will also send each group per arrival time in a slightly different direction to avoid anyone breaking social distancing guidelines. I just want the picnic - do I have to do the treasure hunt?
We encourage all Picnic Hunters to complete the treasure hunt but it is not compulsory. Please speak to The Picnic Hunter guide on arrival about how to collect your picnic straight away.

Yes, as the picnic hunts are taking place outside, near local green spaces, you are welcome to bring your dog with you.
